WorkgroupShare Telephone Support Agreement

You must have a valid WorkgroupShare maintenance agreement in force to be able to purchase a telephone support agreement.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The WorkgroupShare Telephone 3-Incident Support entitles you to three telephone support incidents, which are available to you for the duration of the agreement.
Technical support is limited to the reporting and correction of product defects and installation and configuration assistance. Only the current version and the previous version of WorkgroupShare are supported.
The agreement starts from the purchase date and terminates after 2 months, or when the three incidents have been raised and subsequently closed, whichever occurs first.
This agreement is only valid with a valid WorkgroupShare maintenance agreement in force.
This agreement cannot be transferred or assigned. It only applies to the specific covered product(s) duly licensed from Softalk or an authorized Softalk reseller.
THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS
This agreement does not cover third party applications, hardware, or use of Softalk software in unsupported environments.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Softalk's cumulative liability to you or any other party for any loss or damages resulting from any claims, demands or actions arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid to Softalk for this agreement.
Cancellation of this agreement must be made within 7 days of purchase. Requests must be made in writing to email@example.com.
